WTF Creative is a London based full-service studio that’s been breaking creative moulds since 2001. They’re fearless storytellers, crafting bold, left-of-centre work across motion, branding, custom typography, and key art – for everyone from entertainment titans to fresh startups.
The Challenge
WTF Creative was experiencing rapid growth and needed to put a proper structure around its employee benefits.
